In 2022, we inaugurated the world's largest and finest American whiskey bar. We paid meticulous attention to every detail in the creation of Watch Hill Proper. In 2024, we launched Watch Hill Whiskey Company. During our quest for an American whiskey that meets our exacting standards, we anticipated rejecting many fine whiskies - and indeed, we have. However, once we discover the one, it is unmistakable. There's no fabricated history, no contrived heritage, just an Exceptional bottle of whiskey.

Chef Series
The much anticipated Chef Series release is here, a new, annual rye whiskey made in collaboration with Executive Chef Michael Crouch. Chef Series Batch 01 is a new, rye whiskey, a blend of 12-year-old rye whiskeys hand-picked by Chef Michael. The result is a complex, memorable 130.4-proof whiskey.
