A Unique Experience
Like a fine cocktail, in order to create the Watch Hill Proper experience, you would start with several ounces of exclusive speakeasy, add a dash of traditional social club, splash in a few drops of cocktail lounge, and garnish it with Kentucky. Once you have arrived inside, having found your favorite leather chair or dining room table and using the bourbon knowledge available from your server or bartender, you select the perfect drink for the evening. You have come to enjoy it among the company of friends and found it to be the perfect atmosphere to savor the moment. Hearing the muffled hum of conversations and seeing the beauty of walls lined with bourbon, you sink a little lower to take it all in and realize the experience of Watch Hill Proper.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are highly recommended.
Most of our seating is arranged for parties of six or less. We offer Bar Seating and Cocktail Seating in addition to Main Dining Room.
THE FERMENTER
The Fermenter is our Cocktail Lounge. The full menu is available but this bar area is perfect for hosting a cocktail party!
SERVICE
Watch Hill Proper is a restaurant experience with a full menu of elevated food. Parties are seated and waited on by our servers at their seats. We maintain a low server to guest ratio to maintain a high level of personal service and to make sure you have everything you need.
